MULCH APPLICATION

TO ALL WEDGEWOOD LAKE RESIDENTS

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, Truscapes will be

applying Premium Cypress B mulch in the garden

beds throughout our community. This work will

begin between 7:30 to 8:00 AM.

There will be a large crew of Truscapes’ employees

at Wedgewood Lake on March 21st to do this work.

Please exercise care when entering and

exiting the walkways and parking areas.

NOTICE

PRESSURE WASHINGMONDAY, MARCH 25 thru FRIDAY, MARCH 29

TO ALL WEDGEWOOD LAKE RESIDENTS 

Startng Monday March 25, 2024, weather permiting, we will be cleaning:

1.  ll landings and stairways

2.  All sidewalks in front of buildings

3.  Pool pathways including those under trees

4.  Pool house blue canopy

5.  Tiles behind condo buildings

6. The interior and exterior of both white garbage enclosures

7.  All recycle bins exteriors

8.  White fence at southern end of Wedgewood Lake

9.   Hand wash all front doors

10.  Selected areas of the streets in Wedgewood Lake

Work will start at 9 AM, Monday on Building 1 and then proceed to buildings 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2.You will not have to move your parked cars.Be aware that in overcast weather landings and stairs may remain wet longer than usual, so please be careful when entering and exi(ng buildings.Thank you for your cooperation.
